1.1. These terms set out how LUMEN24 LLC (“we”, “the Administration”) provides access to the Vega service (“the Service”): the website vegaapp.co, the Telegram bot @vegavpnturbo_bot and the Vega apps for iPhone, Android and Windows.
1.2. By registering, starting a free trial or paying for access you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1.3. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
2.1. Vega is a secure internet connection service (VPN). The app encrypts the connection between your device and Vega servers and protects your data, including on public Wi‑Fi in cafés, hotels and airports.
2.2. Access is a digital service: the right to use the Service for the paid period. One access can be used on up to 5 (five) devices at the same time.
2.3. You sign in to the app with the phone number or email used at registration; the sign-in code is sent to the bot and by email.
3.1. You can register in the Telegram bot (phone number and email confirmation) or on the website (email confirmation).
3.2. New users get a free trial of 14 days. One trial per person. Getting repeated trials through new numbers, emails or accounts breaches these terms.
3.3. Access is personal and may not be transferred, sold or rented to others.

4.1. Every plan includes all Service servers, unlimited traffic, up to 5 devices per access and support.
4.2. Payments are one-time, with no automatic renewal: nothing is charged again without your action.
4.3. You can pay by bank card, via SBP (Russian Faster Payments System), with Telegram Stars or cryptocurrency. Available methods and the final amount are shown before payment on the website or in the bot. Card details are entered on the payment partner’s page — we neither receive nor store them.
4.4. The access period starts from the first connection. If you already have active access, the paid period is added to the remaining one.
4.5. Subscriptions bought inside the app through the App Store are paid for, renewed and refunded under Apple’s rules.
4.6. We may change prices. New prices apply to payments made after the change and do not affect periods already paid for.
5.1. Access is provided right after payment, so payments are not refunded once access has been provided.
5.2. The exception is when the Service did not work for you because of a technical problem on our side that we could not fix. In that case contact support within 24 hours of payment and give the email or phone number you use to sign in to Vega. After checking, we refund the payment by the same method it was made.
6.1. You use the Service in accordance with the laws of the country you are in and are responsible for your actions online.
6.2. You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, spam, attacks on networks and websites, distributing malware, fraud or violating the rights of others.
6.3. You may not interfere with the Service, resell access or build your own services on top of it.
We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you breach these terms, abuse the free trial, or where the law requires it. If access was suspended by mistake, contact support and we will sort it out.
8.1. The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fast and uninterrupted, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times: it also depends on your mobile or internet provider, your device and circumstances beyond our control. The Service may be unavailable during planned maintenance.
8.2. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites and services you open, or for indirect losses and lost profits.
8.3. In any case our liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the current access period.
The apps, website, texts, design and the Vega name belong to the Administration and may not be copied, modified or distributed without our consent.
We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. By continuing to use the Service after a change you accept the new version.
